②在中国境内没有第二套房产;
③所购房产仅用于自用自住。

3、贷款应提供的资料:

②首付证明
③贷款人的收入证明、学历证明及资信证明
④婚姻证明(结婚证或单身证明),夫妻一方委托另一方办理贷款的,应出具《授权委托书》,此项证明都应通过我国驻该国使、领馆认证或由该国驻我国使、领馆认证。

Afterverificationandconfirmationoftheauthenticity,thedesignatedforeignexchangebankshalltransfertheforeignexchangefundsforhousepurchaseintotheRMBaccountoftherealestatedevelopmententerprise.
港澳台居民和华侨办理结汇手续时,持有的证明材料包括:
①商品房销售合同或预售合同;
②《港澳居民往来内地通行证》、《台湾居民来往大陆通行证》等身份证明;
③在所在城市购房的商品房预售合同登记备案等相关证明。
外汇指定银行进行真实性审核确认后,将购房外汇资金结汇后划入房地产开发企业的人民币账户。
